(Low Carb, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)
Ingredients:
1 cup thick Greek yoghurt
165mls coconut milk
1 small avo or 1/2 large avo
2 tbsp pure whey protein powder
1 or 2 tbsp erythritol
1 or 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Ice
Method:
Throw everything into a blender and blend!
