X Factor 2014 kicked off on Thursday evening at the Ham Yard hotel in Denman Street, London.
And Cheryl-Fernandez-Versini made sure she had the wow factor for the launch of the talent show, wearing a stylish Jason Wu black shift dress with a white collar, which she teamed with a matching pair of monochrome high heels.
The Geordie singer added a splash of colour with bright scarlet lipstick and glistening red nails.
The 31-year-old’s new husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini was also out in the capital for the big event – though he chose to leave Cheryl rock the red carpet alone.
Simon Cowell, meanwhile, was in good company as he smiled for the cameras. The music mogul was dashing in a pair of smart grey trousers and crisp white shirt, which he typically left open at the collar.
A pair of sunglasses and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman at his side completed his look.
Mum to six-month-old baby Eric, Lauren, was stunning in a black leather pencil skirt, sleeveless blouse and high heels. She added a touch of gold with a belt which cinched her in at the waist.
The couple looked as loved-up as ever, even sharing a kiss on the red carpet.
While fellow judge Melanie B didn’t make it to the event – she is believed to be in the States working on America’s Got Talent – the panel’s final judge Louis Walsh was suited and booted for the launch.
The Irish X Factor judge went for a pair of jeans, which he teamed with a white shirt and navy blazer.
Crystal Head vodka was the drink of choice at the X Factor launch party – The Canadian vodka brand created two signature cocktails especially for the event.
