Supermodel describes her acting debut as ‘the most incredible experience’
CARA Delevingne is set to cast her kooky spell over the acting world in her new film The Face of an Angel.
The 21-year-old has modelled on catwalks for the most esteemed designers but revealed that she felt nervous about making her debut on the big screens.
Rihanna’s BFF was “terrified” about playing the role based on murdered British student, Meredith Kercher.
“I went in so terrified and nervous but I got so much good advice from Michael and Daniel. We just made a family,” she told the Evening Standard at the premiere.
She continued: “It was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I learnt so much just because I found out a lot about myself.
“I found out that I could act, that I could do it confidently and not be nervous and die because usually I think I’m going to die doing things that scare me.”
The BBC film is based on the 2007 murder of Meredith and the high-profile trial of Amanda Knox – who has threatened to sue the people behind the movie.
Speaking about the case, she added: “The amount of coverage it got is crazy. I followed it. Who didn’t?
“But I don’t like to make opinions unless I know about something.”
